2+ years Experience Bangalore Location Full Time Type Responsibilities: Achieve the growth targets by successfully managing the sales team while creating an inspiring environment. Take ownership of goal setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives. Generate reports on the team's input metrics, revenue generated and overall performance. Build and execute processes and sales strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Collaborate across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 2+ years of work experience with proven leadership skills. Good knowledge of managing CRM tools, data analysis, and expertise in preparing reports. Analytical, with a strong focus on critical thinking, problem-solving ability, well organized and adaptable with a flexible approach. Proven ability in goal setting, mentoring and influencing the team. Have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Any other regional language expertise is a plus.,
