As a Business Development Intern at PiSyst India Pvt Ltd in Hadapsar, Pune, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative technology company dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop the lead generation program, nurture sales leads, and convert them into opportunities. You will identify potential prospects, collaborate with the sales team, and maintain strong communication both internally and externally. Working closely with a small sales & marketing team, you will play a crucial role in fostering cooperative relationships across functions. Key responsibilities include prospecting, generating and qualifying leads, following up on leads, participating in new business pitches, and ensuring consistent communication. You should possess excellent English communication skills, proficiency in cold calling, research and database management, and be proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong project and time management skills are essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should be pursuing or have completed a BBA/MBA or relevant graduate/postgraduate degree. Only candidates willing to work full-time, 6 days a week from 09 am to 6 pm, should apply, with the opportunity for a full-time job based on internship performance.
