Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives. This internship will provide exposure to real estate sales, marketing, client acquisition, and channel partner development. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities. Support the business development team in outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation. Maintain CRM entries and track communication with prospects. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals. Help coordinate with channel partners and brokers for project promotion. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Participate in sales meetings and client calls with senior executives. Qualifications & Skills: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sales and the real estate industry. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to learn.
