Job Description
The company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join their team in Velachery, Chennai. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls. Your main tasks will include making cold calls and emails to explore sales opportunities, achieving monthly milestones, and closing sales. It is essential to collaborate with teammates to work towards closing deals and maintain a detailed database with information on prospects. The ideal candidate should have a degree, preferably in Engineering, along with 2-6 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in industries such as Edtech, Telecom, Insurance, or Travel. Effective communication skills are crucial for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 8 pm. The compensation will be based on your performance, with monthly incentives included. Additionally, benefits such as Provident Fund and performance bonuses are provided.
