As a Business Development Executive for our US Client based in Chandigarh, you will be responsible for developing new business prospects and strategies within the commercial sector. With 1-5 years of experience in Business Development/Telesales specifically in the US Markets, you will play a crucial role in leading client sales meetings, calls, and presentations for team members. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up client revenue and delivery for Accounts Managers, implementing business processes and new developments, and fostering new business relationships. You will also be expected to showcase our company's capabilities to target specific client domains and attend summits for Diversity and VMSA for networking purposes. Your role will involve keeping a close watch on scorecards for accounts, dealing with Program Managers, and developing strategic plans for programs and client diversity channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating and finalizing contracts, developing various reports such as costing and earnings per employee, and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients. To be successful in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business development, marketing, or similar field, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree being preferred. Your excellent client interaction skills, strategic relationship-building abilities, research orientation, and analytical skills will be crucial in achieving your targets.
