Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

1)    Contact potential clients. Should possess strong experience in IT services and Infrastructure solutions sales.
2)    Cold Calling, and setting up appointments, and meetings with the decision maker for lead Generation.
3)    Connect with customers via outbound telephone calls and cold calling for the purpose of selling software products and services.
4)    Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients.
5)    Managed and build relationships with existing customers.
6)    Follow up with clients. Keep track of potential customers and their requirements.
7)    Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services.
8)    Address all complaints of the customers and make sure that they are resolved in time and within the guidelines given.
9)    Preparing and sending proposals and following up for any pending payments with clients.
10)    Meeting monthly and quarterly targets
