CTC- 3-3.5LPA Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Executive with an IT background, Experience - 3+years. The role involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. While the role is primarily based in Chennai, there is flexibility for remote work. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers or leads through research, cold calling, and networking. This involves building a prospect database and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls, emails, or other communication methods to present products or services, discuss their needs, and explain how your offerings can meet those needs. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company and stay updated on any changes or new features. This knowledge enables you to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits to potential customers. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and engaging sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the products or services. Tailor your presentations to the specific needs and pain points of each customer. Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. This involves maintaining regular communication and following up on leads. Sales Closing: Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals. Overcome objections and handle rejections in a professional manner. Strive to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. CRM Management: Accurately enter and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. This ensures proper tracking and organization of leads, prospects, and sales data. Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with other internal teams, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a smooth customer journey and resolve any customer issues or escalations. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status. Use these reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new sales techniques. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.
