iB Arts is looking for a Business Development Executive (Female) to join the team, who can be fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali communication and help connect with potential clients in the IT services industry. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships over the phone. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to businesses to promote our IT services. Identify potential IT needs and pain points of decision-makers. Explain the benefits of our services in a clear and concise manner. Answer questions about our company and services. Qualify leads according to established criteria. Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads. Maintain accurate records of call activity and follow-up. Stay up-to-date on our IT service offerings and industry trends. Requirements: 1-3 years on experience in cold calling for IT services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English, Hindi and Bengali-speaking accent Strong active listening skills. Ability to learn about IT services and articulate their value proposition. A positive and professional attitude. Proficiency in using a CRM system (a plus). Ability to work under pressure.
