Desired Candidate Profile Proven relevant work experience in Sales Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Zeal to learn new concepts quickly and apply innovative ideas to achieve the best results. Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi & Konkani language. Physically fit to travel extensively within Goa. Job description Develop, build, and manage a client base. Responsible for the sales and development of new potential business Generate inquiries through cold calling and on-field sales. Generate inquiries and references, and explore new opportunities in the assigned region. Any other tasks associated sales tasks as and when required. Responsible for arranging meetings with owners/builders, etc in order to secure sales orders. Actively contribute to Sales meetings to keep colleagues informed about customers and your product range. Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Maintain positive relationships with customers and respond pro-actively to the concerns of customers Ensure monthly targets are achieved. Coordinate with Operations team to sort out customer issues on priority. Guide new joiners in the team at all stages.
