Sales Superstar

We are looking for a superstar sales performer to join our fast-growing team. This person is overly communicative and an overachiever who is passionate about helping beauty and wellness centers grow their businesses.


About the company

We are an early-stage SaaS company based in Bangalore, India. We are building a first-of-its-kind tool to help beauty and wellness centres with their growth. We are on a mission to transform the business process of beauty and wellness centres worldwide! We aim to grow 5-10X by next year.


What you will do

  • Actively engage with prospects using various channels such as phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Set up and perform online or offline product demos for qualified prospects
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline
  • Meet sales quotas
  • You will be spending most of your day talking to prospects
  • Keep clear track of prospects and progress
  • Present value proposition and business cases with clear quantitative ROI
  • Actively collect feedback

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and any CRM
  • Consultative SaaS sales background is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
