Job Description
Role (Designation): Business Development Executive Sales. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business etc.) Experience 2-3 Years of experience in the Diabetes market Location of experience - Mumbai Summary Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the Diabetic space. Strong understanding of Diabetes Management and related Therapeutic areas. Mandatory Requirement 2-Wheeler with a valid license. Responsibility & Skills 1. Product Promotion - Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and mechanisms of action of diabetes-related products to healthcare professionals. - Highlight product differentiators and advantages over competitors. 2. Territory Management - Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to maximize product penetration and sales. - Regularly visit healthcare facilities, clinics, and hospitals to engage with key decision-makers. 3. Relationship Building - Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals specially with Diabetologists, endocrinologists, physicians, nurses, and pharmacists. - Provide continuous support and education to healthcare professionals about the latest advancements in diabetes management. 4. Product Education - Conduct product presentations, workshops, and seminars for healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of the products. - Stay updated on scientific developments and clinical studies related to diabetes management. 5. Market Intelligence - Gather and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement. 6. Sales Achievement - Set and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. - Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. 7.
