Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and nurturing relationships with potential clients to secure new contracts and drive revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a proactive and strategic approach to market penetration. You'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving ambitious business goals.
Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and research potential new clients and markets through various channels (online research, networking, industry events, cold calling, referrals).

Develop and qualify leads, assessing their potential needs and fit with our products/services.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

Initiate contact with decision-makers at target organizations through effective communication strategies (calls, emails, meetings).

Conduct initial meetings and presentations (both virtual and in-person) to introduce our offerings and understand client requirements.

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.

Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation:

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical, product) to tailor solutions that effectively address client needs.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.

Negotiation & Closure:

Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements, aiming for win-win outcomes.

Effectively overcome objections and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Ensure a smooth handover of new clients to account management or project teams.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, industry trends, and client feedback, to identify new business opportunities.

Contribute to the development of business development strategies and go-to-market plans.

Provide insights to product/service development teams based on market demands.

Reporting & CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Prepare and submit regular reports on business development activities, progress, and forecasts to management.
