Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, references, and industrial networking.

Visit clients, understand their requirements, and offer appropriate product solutions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Prepare and share quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely closures.

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order execution and client servicing.

Maintain sales reports and customer databases.

Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales (preferably B2B/industrial segment).

Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to travel for client visits when required.

Knowledge of rubber or industrial components is a plus.
Salary & Incentives:

Fixed monthly salary: 15,000 to 20,000 Per Month (based on experience)
