Job Description
The Business Development Manager for Accounting & Financial Services will play a crucial role in the company by identifying and contacting potential clients to introduce our accounting & bookkeeping services. You will conduct market research to discover new opportunities and understand customer needs related to accounting. Your responsibilities will include increasing the value of current clients and attracting new ones through customized accounting solutions. You will arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients to showcase our services and address their financial objectives and compliance needs. Additionally, you will prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and legal guidelines. Maintaining records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other financial data will be essential. Providing reliable feedback and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention is also a key aspect of this role. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with new and existing clients, with a focus on their accounting and financial service needs, is critical. Furthermore, analyzing the competitive landscape and industry trends to develop innovative business strategies aimed at revenue growth in the accounting sector is part of the job scope.
