Job Description
You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, desires, and problems, as well as generating new leads and conducting competitive analysis. You will also prepare market reports, identify target customers, and implement new product launch plans. In addition, you will be involved in consumer awareness activities, opening new outlets, executing display plans, implementing merchandising practices, and identifying potential locations for below-the-line activities. You will also be required to execute below-the-line activities and train and manage a team of promoters. To be eligible for this role, you should be a graduate or post-graduate in fields such as B.Com, B.B.A, MBA, or PGDM in Sales & Marketing. Basic knowledge of computers and good communication skills in Hindi and English are also required.,
