Job Description

Manadatory Skills: MBA(Sales and Marketing), Technical graduate (BCA, BSc.IT etc) and Product : MS project, Project Management tool, SAAS based software or IT Service based product
Experience required: 2-3 years of experience in business-to-business sales.
Job Location: Pune ( Work from office )
Qualifications: MBA with technical background or engineering candidates with sales inclination.
Salary: 6-7 LPA max
Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days
Interview process ( Virtual/ On-Site ): 4 Rounds, Face to Face interview , HR screening virtual


Working hours and time: - Day shift, however, demos are scheduled taking into consideration the time/region / Schedule given by the customer, adaptability to deliver /in-case of late hours this will be intimated in advance, but the candidate must be eager to work for any time zone/ overseas/Domestic clients as per the country/ time schedules for meetings advised. Candidate should be flexible and ready to travel to client locations / onsite post-pandemic.

  • Prospect via call, email, and social strategies.
  • Drive sales growth and manage sales pipelines
  • Understanding clients’ needs to create a value proposition selling.
  • Ability to stay up to date in the technology landscape and demonstrate our product value.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Good communication in English both written and verbal
  • Basic understanding and practice in MS Excel required
  • Presentation skills

Technical Skills:

  • B2B sales experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of B2B software is a plus.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building the relationships with key stakeholders in negotiation and contracting.
  • Team Player.
  • Motivated and self-driven.
