Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their training needs and positioning our solutions effectively. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients to drive business growth. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, leveraging your eLearning and B2B experience. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the value of our eLearning solutions to potential clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align business development efforts with company goals and client needs. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, with a focus on eLearning and B2B sales.
