Job Description

Location- Chembur, Mumbai (WFO)
Notice period- Immediate-30 Days (max)
Budget- 4 LPA- 5 LPA
Experience- 1-3 Years
Relevant Experience- 1 year is required
Skills Required- B2B Sales, Marketing, Communication skills, basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, client management.
Interview process- 1-2 technical rounds (F2F Interview)
Candidates are required from in and around Chembur, Mumbai only.
Working days- Monday-Friday (WFO) and 1st, 2nd and 3rd Saturday (WFH)
Shift Timings- 10am-6pm
Education: Graduate: Any Graduate, PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
Age Factor- Candidates between 21 years to 30 years of age can only apply.

Job description:
- Responsible for B2B Sales and Business development in Mumbai.
- Pitching & Identifying leads, Maintaining fruitful relationships with Agents, Developers & Sourcing Managers
- Responsible for client conversion, retention of existing clients, and references.
- Creation of database of Real Estate Developers & Real Estate Agents.
- Will be responsible for achieving targets in the region.
- Developing and maintaining the database, Regular Reporting & Follow-ups.
- Should have Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and use of Internet Key Functional Skills
 
Required Candidate profile:
- Should have experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Should have basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of giving demos independently, fast learner and passion for sales, self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
