As a Business Development Executive specializing in Wedding Invitations, you should have at least 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, with a preference for experience in the wedding or luxury segments. However, freshers with a strong passion for growth are also encouraged to apply. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and engage potential customers such as engaged couples, event planners, and wedding venues. - Partnership Development: Establish relationships with banquet managers, wedding planners, boutique stores, and event organizers to form strategic partnerships. - Tie-ups & Collaborations: Negotiate and secure collaborations with wedding-related businesses to enhance referrals and drive sales. - Client Consultation: Gain insights into customer preferences, assist in design selections, and ensure a smooth sales process for clients. - Market Expansion: Discover new opportunities, trends, and innovative sales tactics to broaden the brand's market reach. - Revenue Growth: Formulate and execute strategies to boost sales and elevate brand visibility within the wedding market. Key skills and qualifications for this role include: - Demonstrated experience in business development or sales, particularly within the wedding/luxury sector. - Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in networking and cultivating relationships with key industry stakeholders. - Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. - Knowledge of wedding trends and customer preferences is advantageous.
