Job Description

We are hiring for for one of India's biggest Edtech companies.   Location- Bangalore

  • Reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce and explain course offerings.

  • Responsible for enrolling learners in both online and offline education platforms.

  • Achieve weekly enrollment goals and deliverables, ensuring timely processing of course registrations.

  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and call activities.

  • Efficiently manage and update the lead database for accuracy and tracking.

  • Convert assigned leads into successful enrollments through persuasive phone conversations.

  • Make regular outbound and inbound calls, as well as follow-up calls, to engage with interested prospects.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve sales performance and meet collective targets.

  • Experience with Crm systems is an added advantage.

  • Should be a quick learner with a strong enthusiasm for sales.

  • Highly self-driven and goal-oriented individual.
