We are hiring for for one of India's biggest Edtech companies. Location- Bangalore

Reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce and explain course offerings.

Responsible for enrolling learners in both online and offline education platforms.

Achieve weekly enrollment goals and deliverables, ensuring timely processing of course registrations.

Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and call activities.

Efficiently manage and update the lead database for accuracy and tracking.

Convert assigned leads into successful enrollments through persuasive phone conversations.

Make regular outbound and inbound calls, as well as follow-up calls, to engage with interested prospects.

Work collaboratively with team members to improve sales performance and meet collective targets.

Experience with Crm systems is an added advantage.

Should be a quick learner with a strong enthusiasm for sales.

Highly self-driven and goal-oriented individual.
