As our platform evolves, were looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives at the intersection of sales, strategy, delivery, and growth. This isnt your average BDR role. Were looking for a multi-talented operatorsomeone who can build relationships, shape go-to-market strategies, coordinate product delivery with clients, and help scale a platform thats transforming how enterprises adopt responsible AI. If youve worked on platform products, SaaS, PaaS, or data infrastructure (like data lakes) and love wearing multiple hats, this is your stage. Responsibilities: Sales & Outreach Identify, qualify, and engage with enterprise leads across verticals like financial services, Banking, Insurance energy, and logistics. Build outbound campaigns and work closely with leadership on strategic accounts. Own early-stage client conversations and assist in crafting tailored solution pitches using AryaXAIs platform. Work with our partners/sales and prepare/assist and demo the product as required. Strategy & GTM Collaborate with product and leadership teams to shape go-to-market plans, vertical-specific messaging, and sales playbooks. Analyze customer pain points, product feedback, and market trends to refine platform positioning. Platform Delivery & Success Support onboarding and implementation workflows with clientsbridging sales, product, and engineering teams. Serve as the voice of the customer to ensure delivery matches expectations and unlocks long-term value. Help define scalable delivery processes for repeatable, platform-driven growth. Growth & Operations Work across functions (marketing, product, partnerships) to fuel platform adoption and user engagement. Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and assist in closing upsells and renewals. Build reports, dashboards, and insight loops that inform pipeline health, customer engagement, and strategic planning. Requirements: 37 years of experience in a sales, business development, product strategy, or customer success roleideally at a SaaS, PaaS, or data/AI platform company. Demonstrated ability to sell or support sales of technical products and translate customer needs into product opportunities. Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skillscomfortable interfacing with technical buyers and C-level execs. Experience working with AI, ML, data infrastructure, or developer platforms is a big plus (e.g., data lakes, APIs, cloud-native platforms). A startup-ready mindset: scrappy, proactive, curious, and highly adaptable. Passion for enterprise tech, emerging AI technologies, and building systems that scale with clarity and responsibility. Bonus Points For Exposure to regulated industries like finance, insurance, or energy. Prior experience supporting sales or growth of an AI/ML platform or developer-focused product.
