Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow our relationships with high-value clients. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned key clients
- Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively offer tailored solutions
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular updates and reports
- Resolve client issues and problems promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities or threats
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
