- Roles & Responsibility
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, or networking.
- Developing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Presenting and pitching the companys products or services to potential clients and closing sales and negotiating contracts.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, while acting as the main point of contact between the client and the company and ensure clients needs are met and address any concerns.
- Working closely with marketing and product teams to ensure offerings are aligned with client needs, while collaborating with other departments for smooth project delivery.
- Analyzing market trends to stay competitive,
- Gathering and reporting on customer feedback to improve services/products and identify new potential markets for business expansion.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction for long-term business relationships and Upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients.
- Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with clients, finalizing agreements and closing sales deals effectively.
- Maintaining & updating the project data sheet of all on going & upcoming Government / Private Project Region wise.
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
