Candidate is required to develop relationship with corporate heads, to arrange meetings with potential client to prospect for new business Candidate is responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. He will be primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating, and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Responsible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving relationships with the client. Client relationship management is also his KRA. Keeping up with product portfolio, market trends and devise sales communication strategy Maintain CRM of current and potential customers. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. Be a hunter by nature and creative with communication skills. Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction/feedback Operations and Reporting - Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
