Job Description

EDUCATION:
B.E, MBA-IT, M.Com, M.Sc. / B.Sc. Masters / Engineering degree in Information Technology,
Computer Science will be preferred.

EXPERIENCE
3~5 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills and high standard of written English; Ability to express
thoughts logically and succinctly.
• Analyst background with 50% Exposure to Business, Analysis and 50% exposure to
Software implementation.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel expertise.
• Should be comfortable with SQL queries. Medium competency an added plus.
• Excellent Data analysis skills with help of provided tools, such as excel.
• Implementation experience in any HR, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Talent, HCM or
Project Management products would be preferred. ( Must have )
• Experience in end to end presales & customer care activities is an added advantage.
• Understanding of statutory compliance a plus.
• Sound experience in writing BRDs and SRS documents.
• Should be able to oversee execution of UAT test cases and Regression testing.
