Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (Outbound Sales) with field sales experience to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and field visits. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing customized solutions. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales strategies. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track performance metrics, and generate reports for management review. Requirements 2-5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or field sales. Proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or cloud telephony solutions is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Field sales experience is a good to have ability to meet clients and close deals in person if required.
