Job Description
As a Business Central Developer with over 15 years of experience in NAV/Dynamics, you will be responsible for leading the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions. Your role will involve defining technical architecture, overseeing development stages, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will design customizations and enhancements in Business Central to meet specific business needs and manage integrations with other systems for seamless data flow. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies. Collaboration with functional teams, performance tuning, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for technical designs will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior developers and technical team members. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in the Education Vertical, particularly within the higher education sector, will be advantageous. You should have deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud, experience with cloud migrations, and expertise in integrating Navision Cloud with other systems. Your customer focus, adaptability to changing priorities, and positive attitude will contribute to your success in this fast-paced environment. Hands-on development skills in C/AL, experience with SQL server or other RDBMS, extensive experience with web services, and a track record of automation projects are desirable qualifications for this role.
