Job Description

You should have between 6-8 years of experience in IT with a strong proficiency in Jira (Project Management), Agile (scrum), and Power Platform Environment (PowerApps/PowerBI). Your main responsibilities will include supporting the Operation, Improvement, and Promotion of Project Management Tool/ BAU Systems. This involves understanding and analyzing key internal processes, implementing tool improvements, communicating with stakeholders, handling feedback and requests, conducting online training sessions, preparing training materials, and promoting the tool through feature demos. Additionally, you will need to support the activities and objectives of the PJ/BAU Governance Group by understanding Sony processes, proposing and carrying out continuous improvement activities, supporting collaboration activities with other Sony groups, promoting agile in project management and delivery, contributing to the group's communication plan, maintaining internal Sharepoint and MS Teams sites, and training users in standard delivery processes. Requirements for this role include a strong understanding of Project Management principles & SDLC process, working knowledge of Cloud (AWS/Azure), exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working with Power Platform Environment (PowerApps/PowerBI), demonstrated success in dynamic, collaborative environments, Test Management knowledge, and experience in delivering Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid projects. It is preferred if you have test automation knowledge and are able to assume different roles within the team like team leader, designer, tester, and trainer. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for this role. Nice to have skills include knowledge/experience with Jira / Atlassian tools and software (Jira, BigPicture, Eazybi, Scale), test automation tool knowledge (Tosca), and working knowledge of Generative AI.,
