Business Analyst Process Intelligence & Solution Design Key Responsibilities: Participate in process walkthroughs and discovery sessions with SMEs and business stakeholders Document as-is and to-be process flows using standardized templates and tools Support high-level solution feasibility discussions with architects and developers Translate business problems into structured requirements and contribute to solution design documentation Collaborate closely with both business teams and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding Required Qualifications: 36 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, or transformation initiatives Strong working knowledge of Excel for structured data analysis and reporting Ability to perform data wrangling and derive insights from structured datasets Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with process documentation tools such as Visio or BPMN modelers Exposure to SQL or other querying techniques Exposure to reporting and process improvement tools such as Celonis, Power BI, etc. Exposure to automation platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, etc. Experience working with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce,
