Business Analyst - P3 Job Description: We are looking for Business Analyst who will be responsible for Role & Responsibilities: Strong working knowledge of functions ,experience in leading the team and workflow in the supported business area. Works independently and serves as a resource on departmental projects. Current with technological trends and advances. Understand business dynamics and deliver periodical, in depth analysis of Purchase, Sales and Inventory management functions under various parameters. Demonstrates strong analytical abilities and a well-rounded perspective of the client systems and the corporate environment. Capable of dealing effectively as a liaison between client and systems communities. Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. Understanding of the systems and transactions supporting the business functions. Ensure the team responds effectively to ad hoc requests for reporting and analysis on Inventory, Purchases, Sales and Imports related functions. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Proactively identify issues and changes and adapt reports and analysis accordingly. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Skills Required: Strong communication skills Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel tools is a must for reporting and analysis. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
