Job Description

? Solid Understanding of E-Commerce and Retail Industry
? Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
? Experience of creating user stories and functional specification documents is a must.
? Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience with ecommerce, preferably with an ecommerce
platform. We specialize in Magento Commerce and Shopify Plus. Certification is a plus.
? Must have outstanding communication skills — written, verbal and listening — and be
comfortable in facilitating discussions, communicating insights and presenting to internal and client
stakeholders.
? Experience of working in an onshore / offshore setting and working with a cross-functional team is
preferred.
? Experience using JIRA, Mavenlink or other Issue and Project Tracking software is preferred.
? Strong background in creating functional requirements and functional specifications at the
level necessary to extend or customize existing products and to build new solutions.
? Strong knowledge and understanding of general networking technologies, database, and
applications development concepts.
? Selected candidates must be capable of working independently as well as in a team/group
environment.
? Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical,
presentation and reporting skills.
? Must be independent to face the client for Requirement Gatherings, Delivery Demo,
Emergency Requests requested by the client
? Must be able to perform work effectively in a fast paced environment and handle
multiple tasks and demands simultaneously.
? Must be able to work independently in a time critical environment and as part of a team
on special and ongoing projects.
? Must be flexible to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
? Must be independent in managing, organising projects. Technical aspect should be carried on
under the sight of technical lead or senior for respective project (for all technical queries).
