Job Description
The Business Analyst role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and implementing solutions in the life sciences domain, with a specific focus on Veeva CRM. Your responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to document requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications, and identifying areas for process improvement. You will serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure Veeva CRM aligns with business requirements, manage Veeva releases and enhancements, and provide end-user training. In addition, you will recommend enhancements to streamline CRM processes, work on data integrity and governance, design reports and dashboards for customer engagement insights, and collaborate with different teams for data integration. Your role will involve engaging with product teams, facilitating workshops and presentations, and ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Sciences/Pharma sector. Essential domain knowledge in life sciences operations and a deep understanding of Veeva CRM are required. Veeva and Salesforce certifications are considered advantageous, along with strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.,
