The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business requirements into functional specifications for development and ensuring that delivered solutions meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows for Health Management platforms and services. Collaborate with business owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to define solution scope and ensure alignment with business goals. Prepare functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and other documentation to guide the development and testing of software to meet as a workable solution with teams. Facilitate and participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Health Management, providing insights on industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Support testing teams in validating solutions and performing user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing optimization strategies. Ensure proper documentation and version control for all business artifacts. Track and report progress on deliverables, risks, and issues to project stakeholders. Primary Skills: Strong domain knowledge in Health Management, including market research and compliance. Proven experience in business analysis, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder management. Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and user stories. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar documentation platforms. Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
