The Business Analyst - DORA (BA DORA) position based in Mumbai offers a salary ranging from 10 to 18 LPA. As a qualified candidate, you are expected to possess a proficient level of English, with knowledge of German being an advantageous trait. Your role will involve a deep understanding of VAIT/DORA regulations and IT security requirements, alongside a minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting for entities like Basel, BaFin, KNF, GSI, and ESMA. Your skills must include excellent analytical capabilities, adept documentation skills, and strong organizational abilities. In addition, you should have multiyear experience in creating and refining IT processes and key controls. A successful candidate would demonstrate a robust track record of managing regulatory projects within the global Finance/Insurance or regulated industry for 5-7+ years. This role necessitates strong management skills, encompassing project management, business analysis, security and financial requirements analysis, change management, and facilitation. You are expected to be proficient in project planning, budgeting, scoping, costing, and scheduling, with the ability to present effectively at a board level. It is crucial to drive a blend of functional and geographic workstreams while ensuring a unified delivery to the business. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing distributed teams within a matrix setup and exhibit proactive, ownership-driven, and can-do attitude. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred. Your key responsibilities will revolve around managing and executing regulatory projects in compliance with DORA and VAIT regulations. You will play a pivotal role in leading and streamlining IT processes and key controls within regulatory frameworks, preparing detailed documentation, project plans, and reports, and conducting thorough analyses of business needs and security requirements. Moreover, your role will involve proactive project management to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration with stakeholders across business units will be essential to ensure seamless project execution, as well as delivering clear and concise presentations to the board and senior leadership on project progress and regulatory matters.
