As a Product Owner/Business Analyst with 8 to 15 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in defining business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and managing end-to-end project delivery in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include acting as a Product Owner to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals. You will also be responsible for conducting impact analysis and ensuring compliance with global banking regulations and industry standards. Additionally, you will lead and participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to facilitate smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams. Experience working with Agile methodologies and frameworks as a Product Owner would be highly beneficial. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are considered advantageous.
