As a skilled Analytics Professional, you will be responsible for driving various analytics initiatives in collaboration with business leaders. Your expertise will be crucial in developing mathematical and analytical models to solve complex business problems effectively. Process mapping and utilization of six sigma tools to realign processes before implementing analytics solutions will be a key part of your role. You should excel in creating dashboards and applications utilizing tools such as Power Apps, SSIS, Power BI, Alteryx, MS-Access, and advanced Excel. Designing and developing custom reports, along with providing inferential analysis, will be among your core responsibilities. Proficiency in Azure data engineering tools like Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Logic Apps is essential for this role. A strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals will enable you to contribute to solutioning for supply chain challenges. Additionally, your ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies like Python, ML, and Azure data factories will be highly valued. Experience with Azure Dev Ops/JIRA for Agile project management is desired. Your qualifications should include a track record of delivering analytical solutions using Business Intelligence (BI) tools, R, Python, SQL Coding, Java Coding, data crunching, advanced Excel modeling, VBA coding, and macro writing. Collaboration with business SMEs to build new tools and ensure successful deployment is a key aspect of this role. You will take on project and program management responsibilities for analytics projects using ADO, while also leading and owning an analytics area to drive product adoption. Identifying and tracking key business metrics, communicating with stakeholders across different levels, and delivering analytics training sessions are integral parts of this position to foster an analytics-driven culture within the organization.,
