Immediate Hiring!! We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with proven expertise in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, with strong communication and analytical skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements across operational and technology-driven projects. Location: This is a remote position. Anywhere in India No: of positions: 2 Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate: Collaborate with stakeholders (accounting, tax, audit, operations, and IT teams) to gather and analyze business requirements. Prepare comprehensive and structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that clearly outline functional and non-functional requirements. Translate accounting domain needs into technical specifications and workflows. Work closely with development teams and project managers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented. Conduct feasibility analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments for new features or process changes. Assist in creating use cases, process flows, and data mapping documents for various accounting software and systems. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating that developed features match documented requirements. Maintain and update existing BRDs for enhancements or process optimizations. Excellent Presentation and communication skills Qualification:3+ years of experience in a business analyst or operations role. Strong experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and process flowcharts. Familiarity with accounting workflows, financial reporting, or tax processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Visio or Lucidchart). Knowledge of project management or documentation tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
