Role Summary: Work with business and IT teams to craft, configure and maintain critical Business UIs, rules and processes within the ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance & Annuity Platform) system for our retail annuities solution. Implement and maintain tags, rules, and transactional processes and ensure all standards at met. Work with Business and IT partners on new product development, enhancements, issues, and overall work prioritization, including troubleshooting and fixing issues as they arise. Task: Requirements: Lead and partner with internal and external partners/resources for requirements gathering and solutioning for ALIP Business Configuration end to end for all product lines. Design: Work with various business and IT teams to craft tags, pages, rules and processes within the ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance & Annuity Platform) system for our retail annuities solutions (new products and enhancements) Documentation: Develop, update and maintain documentation with work instructions and standards for how to build and maintain business tags, pages, rules and processes (Business Configuration). Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve configuration issues in test and production environments as they arise, both alone and with business and technical partners. Test & Peer Review: Perform Unit Testing. Review and provide input and corrections to peers" Configuration Design, Execution and Documentation.
