Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop business functionality in multi-tier web solutions while improving code quality.
2. Build scalable, unit testable solutions for web applications and do code reviews.
3. Champion culture of good security, coding standards, architecture patterns, resiliency, and documentation
practices.
4. Work across all phases of the software development lifecycle (planning, design, implementation,
deployment, operations, and support).
5. Lead a cross-functional Agile team to understand requirements, do product backlog grooming, sprint
planning, execution, and retrospective.
6. Communicate effectively and efficiently with team members, product team and customers
7. Promote a strong sense of teamwork.


Skills Required:
1. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in web product development.
2. Preferred experience range is 6 to 10 years
3. Preferably engineering graduate with strong business analyst background with well-known
organizations
4. Excellent analytical skills to analyze documents, data, user surveys, and work flows to design a robust but
simple system
5. Very good planning, project scoping, directing team members, forecasting budgets, managing change
6. requests and monitoring time constraints.
7. High-level managerial skills to handle projects/part of a project from beginning to end.
8. Basic SQL and database capabilities
9. Very strong testing and user training skills.
