About Pi Techniques
Job Description
As an IT Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in understanding business requirements and translating them into detailed use cases and user stories. You will act as a liaison between the client, technical teams, and support teams to effectively communicate functional requirements and create functional specifications for developers and testers. Your responsibilities will include planning sprints, conducting daily scrum meetings, and resolving impediments to ensure project progress. Collaboration with internal teams and clients is essential to deliver quality outcomes. You will closely work with the UX team for new UI designs and reviews, identify, manage, and control changes requested by the client, and track/report progress to stakeholders. Monitoring testing tasks and practices regularly to ensure product testing is on track and conducting product demos to clients are also part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Flow diagrams, and UX designs. You will provide UAT support, audit functionality periodically, and ensure the quality of deliverables. Additionally, you will investigate and respond to client requests and provide post-release go-live support for issue resolution. To excel in this role, you must be well-versed in SDLC concepts and have the ability to collaborate effectively with development and QA team members. Experience in project management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the use of tools like Jira for project management is essential. Familiarity with Web and Windows applications, database query skills (e.g., Microsoft SQL), and strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Having a background in Shipping ERP systems and technology would be beneficial. Your proactive approach in overseeing project tasks, ensuring product quality, and providing exceptional support to clients will contribute to the success of the projects you work on.,
