Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to gather and document business requirements and functional specifications. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct a thorough analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. You will be translating business requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, process flows, and other relevant documentation. Working closely with UX/UI designers, you will ensure the development of user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for the end-users. Additionally, you will assist in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the successful implementation of business requirements. It is essential to continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to propose innovative solutions that align with market demands. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective communication and a shared understanding of project objectives. Participation in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline estimation activities will also be part of your responsibilities.
