As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating the architecture, and ensuring high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain. You will also participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of more than one technology, basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals, knowledge of Testing tools, and agile methodologies. Additionally, you should have an understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects, one or more Estimation methodologies, and Quality processes. It is essential to have a grasp of the basics of the business domain to comprehend the business requirements effectively. Analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and good communication skills are key attributes for success in this position. You should possess a good understanding of the technology and domain, along with the ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods. Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and trends is important, as well as having excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
