Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our team immediately. This role requires a quick learner who is highly adaptable and has excellent communication skills(absolute must). You will work closely with the product team to gather business requirements, enhance product features, and drive user engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the product team to gather, analyze, and document requirements. 2. Collaborate with the product team to enhance product features based on user feedback and business needs. 3. Analyse user behaviour and engagement metrics to recommend product improvements. 4. Work on strategies to improve user adoption and engagement within the product. 5. Assist in data validation, reporting, and generating actionable insights. 6. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless implementation of new features. 7. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. 8. Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to product strategy discussions. Skills & Qualifications: - 6 months to 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools/processes. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with product and business teams. - Experience with product feature enhancement and user engagement strategies. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools. - Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or any programming language is a plus. - Experience in Search LLMs, AI, SaaS, or data-driven businesses is a bonus.
