Job Description

Experience: 2 to 4 years
Location: Ahemdabad ( Work from office )
Salary: 6 LPA max
Notice period: Immediate-30 days max
Interview process: 2 rounds of virtual interviews


Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement and Requirements Gathering:

Engage with potential clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
Conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather and document client needs.
Analyze and interpret client requirements to develop a deep understanding of their business processes and pain points.

2. Solution Design and Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solution proposals that align with client requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications, including system functionalities, integration requirements, and project timelines.
Develop compelling business cases, ROI analyses, and value propositions to showcase the benefits of the proposed solution.

3. Stakeholder Management and Presentations:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, executives, and technical teams.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the proposed solution and its potential impact on the client's business.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections by providing expert insights and positioning the company's offerings effectively.

4. Competitive Analysis and Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, target industries, and client segments.
Analyze competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning to develop differentiated and competitive solutions.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects, project managers, and subject matter experts, to develop feasible and accurate solution proposals.
Ensure effective knowledge transfer from the pre-sales phase to the delivery team, providing comprehensive documentation and insights.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a pre-sales or sales support role within a service-based IT company or similar environment.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs, business processes, and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, solution design, and proposal development.
Familiarity with IT services, software development lifecycles, and industry-standard business analysis frameworks.
Ability to conduct competitive analysis, market research, and identify business opportunities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.


Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Mode: Work from office only
