Job Description

Job Duties | Generic

? Identify the scope of automation along with operations team through feasible study
? Analyse and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and
technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software
? Perform detail analysis of the process and prepare a Process Understanding Document along
with AS IS & TO BE process maps
? Perform requirement gathering and design robotics solution for the processes.
? Creating detailed project road maps, plans, schedules, support structure, and work
breakdown structures
? Provide functional as well as solution guidance to Tech lead and dev team in sync with
requirements
? Responding to exception-based alerting and error log alerts for Automation process failures
? Capture and escalation of application performance issues, SLA breaches within necessary
groups to ensure resolution of the underlying issue.
? Project management and coordination with SMEs / customers / development team and
various stake holders
Job Duties | Work for Clients (only required where an employee will be working on a client site)
? Perform requirement gathering and design robotics solution for the processes.
? Assessment of automation potential for Native Automation implementations.
? Perform detail analysis of the process and prepare a Process Understanding Document along
with AS IS & TO BE process maps
? Process documentation like PDD, SDD, BRD,verification test cases.
? Understand and perform Cost & Benefit Analysis, Gap analysis.
? Will participate in Solution discussions with Stakeholders and Client Operations Team.
Educational qualification
? Graduation (Mandatory) – Technical field is good to have
? Post - Graduation – Good to have.
Work Experience - TBD

Skills / Knowledge

? Expertise in Power point creation
? Expertise in Native Automation Solution Designing
? Strong understanding of Automation methodology and support.
? Aptitude for solution design and troubleshooting
? Technical leadership and team management skills
? Ready to work as per client shifts
