Skills required- Retail Banking domain, Business Analysis, Requirement gathering, change management and implementation, experience in banking domain, spread sheets, presentatios, word processors, SDLC.

As a Business Analyst at FYNDNA, you will help develop our next-generation cloud native core solution for small, medium and large financial institutions. The functionality designed by you when integrated as a deployable domain component would address a functional use case such as withdrawing cash from a savings account from an ATM or disbursement of a home loan from internet banking.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a member of the Product Management team you will analyse customer requirements and convert them into implementable software solution. Your responsibilities will include functional design and development of modules across banking domains like Payments, Origination, Deposit and Lending servicing etc. This will require you to possess good understanding of Banking operations across geographies in general and in India in particular. This will be a ground up development of new software solution and you will are expected to be involved in end to end development and delivery of solution components.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design Functional solution documents and user stories
- Ability to identity pain-points of users at all levels and provide solutions to solve these pain points
- Maintain Product backlog and product collaterals
- Work in close coordination with internal and External stake holders like Development, Test and Implementation teams, with customer teams etc.
- Be the SPOC for all functional questions raised by people across the organisation for the areas you are responsible for
- Independently conduct demos, presentations , product workshops for internal audience as well as audience representing banks
- Conduct parts or all the User training in a subject, which includes design, customization, and update training materials and handouts.
- Keeping up to date with the regulatory changes impacting the solution and making changes to the solution as required to keep up with these changes
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
As a part of the Product Management team, you will be driven by desire to engineer real time mission critical applications which touch lives, a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. As an integral part of the Product Management team, you will need the following skills to succeed.
- Experience of 8+ years with Hands-On experience in managing day to day activities with strong understanding of operational processes and procedures and experience as a business analyst either in implementation or product development for banking industry.
- Strong understanding of Banking practices and processes in different domains of banking
- Experience in Requirement gathering, requirements documentation, change management and implementation
- Good understanding of banking processes and the intricacies involved in end to end transaction processing and accounting
- Good understanding of documentation tools like Spread sheets, presentations and word processors
- Strong analytical and reasoning ability to justify the solution you design and document
- Strong communication skills. Should be able to independently explain the requirements and solution to Development and Testing team and ensure that the end product is as per specifications
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Be a team player and collaborate with members at different level of organisation hierarchy

- Experience in Development or implementation of core banking solution like Flexcube, Finacle etc.
- Experience in UX designs and Principles
- Knowledge of latest innovations in financial domains
- Experience in Techno Functional role.
