We are hiring BA-TOM for a dynamic and innovative transformational consulting company committed to providing tailored solutions to businesses of all sizes Responsibilities Experience and exposure within Investment Banking on operating model design and deployment and having delivered global change initiatives and programs. Document operating model elements in consultation with various stakeholders and leadership teams across Market Securities Services function. Attend working groups to manage cross divisional design. Contribute to workshops across workstreams to facilitate the design of target and transitional operating models. Good understanding of project management and BA skill sets such as MS Visio, JIRA Target Operating Model experience in Investment Banking and sound understanding of business princip Qualifications Business Analyst Experience 8+ years of experience in Capital Markets with exposure to Market Securities Services / Investment Banking management related activities or projects.
