Job Summary We are looking for Business Development Manager / Client Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record of acquiring clients specifically for US IT staffing services. This role will be responsible for driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals while expanding our client base in the US IT staffing sector. Work location: Remote Client Acquisition: Use your existing relationships and network to secure new US-based clients in the IT staffing industry. Develop and execute effective strategies for business development and client acquisition specifically in the US staffing market. Drive lead generation through various channels such as networking, cold calling and referrals, Manage end-to-end client interactions including requirements gathering, client coordination, account management, and escalation management. Proven success in generating business and growing client relationships in the US staffing sector. In-depth knowledge of the US staffing market, pricing models, industry trends, and client expectations. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
