Busines Analyst/Project Manager - Remote Two95 International Inc.

Role Title: BA/PM

Location: Remote Work

Type: Fulltime / Permanent with our client

Salary: 80K-90k

Requirements

Requirement:

• Experience working as a Business PM in a cross functional organization
• Experienced with large business/IT projects from inception to completion
• Experienced in gathering requirements from business SMEs, documenting the functional requirements and working with IT/vendors to obtain estimates
• Solid project management skills including working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches
• Seasoned professional with good business acumen and ability to maneuver effectively in a business setting
• Knowledgeable in Quality management including Testing Strategy, Test case, results and documents
• Ability to take initiative to work in an ambiguous setting, understand the concepts and create a structure and roadmap
• Adept in handling project cost and budget effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to articulate a thought process in a succinct and effective way with both customers, stakeholders and IT partners
• Solid time management skills including project scheduling, tracking and course correction
• Knowledgeable about Change Control process and documentation
• Ability to apply Risk Management principles in a large project setting
• Excellent team and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to level set expectations and keep the team on course towards the goal.
• Ability to lead project team meetings, document meeting minutes, requirements, follow up and through.
• Experienced in project status updates, ability to create PPT presentations and present those to project sponsors/teams and multiple levels of the organization.
• Skilled in using Project Management tools like MS Project, requirements management system and/or others.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office products like Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, and MS Teams etc.,
• Knowledge in Health Care industry is a plus but not mandatory, demonstrate curiosity to quickly learn and take ownership of projects.
