Job Description
We're partnering with a listed real estate brand to hire a Manager Budgeting. What is expected from this position Responsible for identifying, assessing, negotiating and appointing various contractors needed for the business for Responsible for Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring the detailed budget Getting contracting indents from the project planning and engineering depts. Job Profile: Preparation of rate analysis, terms & conditions of contract Preparation of contracting strategy for projects Floating tenders to various vendors & collect quotations, preparation of Comparison Statements Technical & commercial discussion, negotiations with contractors about rate for scope of work Rate analysis for material & labour component considering scope of work to optimize the cost Preparation of Purchase Order / Work Order, Finalization of contract Study drawings, BOQ & preparation of tender documents Preparing budgets / estimates Insertion of Budget in ERP Tracking of Budget on regular Basis with Budgeted amount & Committed Amount Giving Budget tracking report Post Project completion, comparison of budgeted Amount with Actual Inward Education: Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engg.,
